GALAX has its own aquarium case: the HOF ALLSYNQ

Published:

There’s a lot of traffic at the moment when it comes to aquarium PC cases. However, when Galax decides to launch its own, it obviously gets special attention. The new GALAX HOF ALLSYNQ housing, with its all-white design (typical of the Hall Of Fame range), is an immediate eye-catcher. For those who are averse to white, a black version is also available. Sober but with a slightly futuristic touch, GALAX has added a new member to its Hall Of Fame range. Given its ‘extreme’ positioning, this is a major coup for the brand, which aims to appeal to fans of muscular configurations.

You can find GALAX’s video about it here.

This compact mid-tower can accommodate ATX or even E-ATX motherboards, depending on the specification sheet. Its dimensions are contained: 424 x 285 x 448 mm. Interestingly, the top wall of the chassis is made of mesh to maximise airflow. Four 120 mm fans are fitted as standard (one at the rear and three with inverted blades on the right of the motherboard). As for connectivity, the I/O panel features USB 3.2 ports and a USB Type-C port on the front.

GALAX HOF ALLSYNQ: a classic for demanding users

The interior design is modular. The hard drive and SSD cages are easily removable, so you can easily adapt the space to suit the equipment installed. Are you a fan of massive storage? Leave the cages in place. Are you a fan of large triple-slot graphics cards? Remove one cage and gain a bit of headroom.

One interesting point concerns cable management. Behind the motherboard tray, there’s plenty of space to hide the forest of cables. Like all the latest generation cases, the HOF ALLSYNQ is compatible with motherboards with rear connectors.

With this chassis, GALAX hasn’t tried to reinvent the wheel, but the cable routing is fairly well thought out and the overall construction seems more than serious. And these are arguments that will have no trouble convincing fans of this very premium series from the brand.

Then there’s the question of price. GALAX generally targets the premium segment with its HOF range. We can therefore expect an above-average price. Note that the brand seems to be speeding up its diversification with more and more different products.
